ENTERING RECIPES:
Type or print clearly in ink, not pencil, and place
only one recipe per form. You may make copies of this form, or go to the
internet address above and print out more forms. You may send a many as you
wish, but we will only choose up to 5 from an individual.
List ingredients in order of their use in ingredient list and directions.
Include container sizes (qt. – 16 oz. pkg. – etc.)
Keep directions is paragraph form, not in steps.
Use names of ingredients in directions for example: “combine flour and
sugar…”
Include temperature and baking times, chilling, and / or freeing times.
Include your recipe notes if you wish. You may have a memorable story
about how you got this recipe. Keep it short please.
We will include your name as who submitted the recipe if you wish. Please
enter it the way you wish at the bottom of the recipe.
You must completely fill out everything on each recipe so we do not lose
who belongs to which one :-)
The retail of these books will be $14.95. Each person who has 3 recipes
accepted for the new book is entitled to receive one (1) new book to be
mailed to them after the first printing for the total cost of $7.00
including shipping. Limit one (1) per person.
